Northern Thai Panipuri – Two Pieces Two crisp panipuri.
Nam Prik Noom – Northern Thai flavours: smoky green chilli with roasted eggplant relish with fresh seasonal salad.
Nam Prik Ong – Northern Thai tomato and minced pork relish, served with marinated crispy pork and fresh tomato.
Witloof Miang Kham - A Fresh witloof leave filled with poached prawn and aromatic Thai herbs, topped with tobiko and finished with our house-made Miang Kham sauce.

Stir-Fried Khao Soi with Duck Confit – Our signature Northern Thai Khao Soi noodles stir-fried in our rich, aromatic Khao Soi sauce, made with authentic Khao Soi curry paste imported directly from Thailand
Served with tender duck confit, gently marinated with rosemary, garlic and black pepper, seasoned with salt and slow-cooked in duck fat, for a rich, aromatic and succulent finish.
