Auckland FEAST powered by Mastercard Promotion Terms and Conditions
Part A – General Terms (Apply to Both Promotions)
A1. The Promoter.
These promotions are run by Lemongrass Productions Limited, the organiser of Auckland FEAST powered by Mastercard (Lemongrass, we, us). Contact: feast@lemongrassproductions.co.nz or 09 377 9224.
A2. The Promotions.
These terms cover two promotions connected with Auckland FEAST powered by Mastercard, held 12–22 November 2026 (the Festival):

the Mastercard Ticket Offer – $10 off each eligible Festival ticket bought with a Mastercard (Part B); and
-
the Win Your Meal Back competition – daily prize draws for restaurant vouchers (Part C).
A3. Acceptance.
By buying a ticket using the Mastercard Ticket Offer, or by entering Win Your Meal Back, you agree to these terms. Instructions on how to take part, including on the Festival website, form part of these terms.
A4. Other Terms.
The Auckland FEAST Terms and Conditions and the Eventfinda terms and conditions also apply. If they conflict with these terms on a matter covered by these promotions, these terms prevail.
A5. Definitions.
In these terms:

Mastercard means a valid credit, debit or prepaid card issued in New Zealand or overseas under the Mastercard brand.

Participating Restaurant means a restaurant listed as a participant on www.aucklandfeast.co.nz during the Festival.

NZ time means New Zealand Daylight Time.

NZ Resident means a person who lives in New Zealand and is entitled to live here indefinitely or holds a current visa allowing them to live here.
A6. Your Consumer Rights.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
A7. Mastercard.
Mastercard is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated and is used with permission. Mastercard is the Festival's main sponsor. Lemongrass, not Mastercard or your card issuer, is responsible for these promotions.
Part B – Mastercard Ticket Offer: $10 Off Per Ticket
B1. The Offer.
When you buy a ticket to an Auckland FEAST powered by Mastercard event through Eventfinda and pay with a Mastercard, you receive a discount of $10 (including GST) on each eligible ticket.
B2. Offer Period.
The offer is available from 10.00am 28 September 2026 until 11:59pm NZ time on 22 November 2026, or until tickets for the relevant event sell out, whichever is earlier.
B3. Eligible Tickets.
The offer applies only to tickets for events listed as part of Auckland FEAST powered by Mastercard and sold through Eventfinda. It does not apply to tickets bought through resellers or any other channel.
B4. How the Discount is Applied.
The discount is applied automatically at the Eventfinda checkout when you manually enter your Mastercard card number and details. You do not need a promo code.
B5. Digital Wallets Are Not Eligible.
The checkout cannot recognise a Mastercard used through Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other digital wallet. To receive the discount you must enter your full Mastercard card number and details manually at checkout. A discount will not be given, or applied later, for purchases made through a digital wallet.
B6. Fees.
The discount applies to the ticket price only. All ticketing, booking and transaction fees still apply at their normal rates. The discount cannot reduce a ticket price below $0.
B7. No Retrospective Discount.
The discount must be claimed at the time of purchase. It cannot be applied to a ticket after the transaction is complete, exchanged for cash or credit, or combined with any other discount or promo code unless we say otherwise.
B8. Changes and Refunds.
Once your transaction is complete, we will not amend the order to add or adjust the discount. Refunds and exchanges are handled under the Auckland FEAST and Eventfinda terms and your rights under New Zealand law. If a refund is due (for example, because an event is cancelled), it will be for the amount you actually paid for the ticket after the discount.
B9. Misuse.
We may cancel tickets or reverse a discount obtained in breach of these terms, including tickets bought for resale.
Part C – Win Your Meal Back Competition
C1. The Competition.
Pay for food or drink at a Participating Restaurant with a Mastercard during the Festival, then enter at www.aucklandfeast.co.nz/win-your-meal-back for a chance to win one of four $250 dining vouchers drawn each day. There are 11 daily draws and 44 prizes in total, with a total prize value of $11,000 (including GST).
C2. Who Can Enter.
Entry is open to NZ Residents aged 18 or over. Employees and contractors of Lemongrass, Mastercard and the Participating Restaurants, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.
C3. Promotion Period.
Qualifying purchases must be made between 12:00am on 12 November 2026 and 11:59pm on 22 November 2026 (NZ time). Entries close at 11:59pm on 22 November 2026.
C4. How To Enter.
To make a valid entry you must:

buy any food or drink at a Participating Restaurant during the promotion period;

pay for that purchase with a Mastercard;

complete the entry form at www.aucklandfeast.co.nz/win-your-meal-back with your first name, last name and email address;

upload a clear photo of the receipt for that purchase, showing the restaurant, date, and amount ; and
-
confirm that you are an NZ Resident aged 18 or over and that you accept these terms.
There is no charge to enter beyond the cost of your purchase. Consenting to receive marketing from Lemongrass is optional and does not affect your entry.
C6. Invalid Entries.
An entry is invalid if the receipt is falsified, altered, illegible, duplicated, not from a Participating Restaurant, dated outside the promotion period, or not paid with a Mastercard. We may verify any entry with the restaurant and ask the entrant for proof of age, residency or identity. Entries that are incomplete, late, or made by automated or bulk means are invalid. Our decision on the validity of an entry is final.
C7. The Draws.
Winners of the Draws will be annouced after 10:00am NZ time each day from 13 November to 23 November 2026, at Lemongrass Productions, Auckland. Each draw is made at random from all valid entries received between 12:00am and 11:59pm (NZ time) on the previous day, and four winning entries are drawn. Entries not drawn do not carry over to later draws. Each person can win only one prize across the whole competition.
C8. The Prize.
Each prize is a dining voucher worth $250 (including GST) to be used at the Participating Restaurant where the winning purchase was made. The voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue, and the expiry date will be shown on it. Any unused balance is forfeited at expiry. The voucher is not transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and is subject to the restaurant's booking availability and usual terms. If the restaurant closes or cannot honour the voucher, we will provide a voucher of equal value for another Participating Restaurant.
C9. Winner Notification.
We will contact winners by email within one working day of their draw and issue the voucher by email once the winner confirms their details. If a winner does not respond within five (5) working days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and we will redraw it from the valid entries for the same draw day.
C10. Publicity.
With the winner's consent, we may publish their first name and suburb and use their name and image in Festival publicity without payment. We will publish a list of winners' first names and initials on the Festival website after the promotion.
C11. Prize Substitution.
We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
Part D – Privacy, Liability and General
D1. Privacy.
We collect your name, email address, receipt image and purchase details to run these promotions, verify entries, contact winners and issue prizes. We may share this information with Mastercard, Eventfinda, the relevant Participating Restaurant and our suppliers only as needed for those purposes. We will only send you marketing if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We delete receipt images within three (3) months after the final draw. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy. You can ask to access or correct your information by emailing feast@lemongrassproductions.co.nz.
D2. Changes, Suspension and Cancellation.
We may change, suspend or cancel either promotion, or any part of it, if we reasonably consider it necessary, including because of fraud, technical failure or events beyond our control. We will post any change on the Festival website. Any change will not reduce prizes already awarded or discounts already applied.
D3. Technical Issues.
We are not responsible for entries or transactions that are lost, delayed or not processed because of network, website, payment system or card issuer failures, or for Eventfinda's checkout failing to recognise a card.
D4. Disqualification.
We may disqualify entrants, cancel discounted tickets or withhold prizes if we reasonably believe a person has breached these terms, acted fraudulently or dishonestly, or harmed the reputation of the Festival or its partners.
D5. Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, Lemongrass, Mastercard and the Participating Restaurants are not liable for any loss or damage arising from these promotions or from using a prize, except loss caused by our negligence or breach of these terms, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under clause A6.
D6. Decisions and Correspondence.
Our decisions on the draws, the validity of entries and the award of prizes are final. No correspondence will be entered into about the outcome of a draw. This does not affect your right to make a complaint, or your rights under New Zealand law.
D7. Governing Law.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
