The "King of Collabs" Executive Chef Lucas Parkinson welcomes from Executive Chef Wallace Mua and team from Trivet JW Marriot Auckland CBD for a very special evening at Aryeh Restaurant, Piha.
A one-off dining experience bringing together two of Auckland’s leading chefs, designed to be shared around the table. Together they’ll present a multi-course menu that explores their culinary journeys — from nostalgic Kiwi classics reimagined to modern from New Zealand dishes celebrating seasonal produce and the people behind it.
From mountains to the sea, Chef Lucas Parkinson is well known for wandering north to Piha after closing award winning Ode Restaurant in Wanaka. Awarded One hat for Cuisine Good Food Award 2026. Chef Wallace Mua is famous for his Pasifika cuisine, highlighting multicultural unique flavours.
