Chef Max Gordy of Graze Bar in Wellington (originally from Chicago) joins Kyle Street for this thanksgiving feast at possibly Auckland's most famous cult-hit restaurant, the two-hatted Culprit.
Culprit has made a strong name for itself serving nostalgic New Zealand cuisine with a modern global edge. Chef Kyle Street loves to creates playful dishes that are innovative and big on flavour.
Chef Max Gordy of suburban Kelburn wine bar Graze fame (also a Cuisine Magazine 2-hatted restaurant), is well known for his foraging of herbs, local line caught fish and ethically sourced ingredients.
“Giving Thanks” will be served family style on communal tables, starting with quintessentially Kiwi Kaimoana, followed by an unorthodox roast with all the trimmings.
To finish they will lean heavily into their nostalgic childhoods as they escort you over to Culprit's sister bar, Curio, for an all-you-can-eat sundae bar.
Watch out for their crazy concoctions, there will be excitement in the air and untold deliciousness.
