Hannah known as A Lady Butcher brand in New Zealand (in the last 5 years) was born in the USA, she travelled on 'quite a journey around the world' before discovering the land of the long white cloud. Hannah truly could not believe that we have so many healthy and abundant animals. She was shocked that we import almost all our cured meats and charcuterie, passionate about using every part of an animal Hannah is sharing her skills and cured meats with NZ.
