Panacea is a cocktail kitchen. There is no physical bar. In the owner- boy’s words; ‘We prepare and batch in small quantities, ready for the evenings service. We aspire to show unique and interesting methods from the world of a chef into our cocktails. We follow how a Michelin star chef would approach a chefs table, only swapping out the plates for glasses." On this night we add the Curio team (the sister bar to Kyle Street's Culprit Restaurant) and you've got a wild afternoon of cuisine and cocktails!
