Join our longest table for a spring lunch to remember on the Newmarket Lawn at Ellerslie. One afternoon, a sumptuous 3-course lunch by som of our most celebrated chefs, perfect spring wines and music to complete your afternoon.
We are setting the table for 300 guests and this is your chance to be part of the fun. Your afternoon includes an arrival drink reception before you join the long table, hosted by our chefs and a spring menu you will not forget.
Your lunch includes two wines (or non-alcoholic alternatives) and the music will carry us into the late afternoon on the covered Cuvee Lawn.

Event Terms & Conditions (These apply in addition to Eventfinda's standard ticketing terms.)
Inclusions. Your ticket covers a 3-course shared lunch and 2 matched wines plus a welcome drink as described on the event listing. Anything not listed, including extra drinks, is at your own cost.
Seating. Guests sit at long communal tables. Groups booked together will be seated together wherever possible, but specific seats can't be guaranteed. Seat requests can be requested through the website at the time of booking, or emailed to feast@lemongrassproductions.co.nz at least 5 days before the event.
Age. This is an R18 event. Guests must be 18 or over and may be asked for valid photo ID. Anyone who can't show ID may be refused entry without a refund.
Alcohol. Alcohol is served in line with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. Staff may refuse service, or ask a guest to leave, if that guest is intoxicated or behaving in an unsafe or disruptive way. No refund applies in that case. No BYO.
Dietary requirements. Please give dietary requirements at booking, or no later than 7 days before the event via feast@lemongrassproductions.co.nz . Reasonable adjustments will be made where possible. Food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so we can't guarantee any dish is allergen-free.
Arrival. Doors open at 12.00pm and lunch service begins at 12.30pm. Service won't be held for late arrivals, and courses already served can't be repeated.
Weather. The event goes ahead rain or shine. A covered alternative is in place should the organisers in their sole opinion deem it necessary to move the event from the Newmarket Lawn. Changing to the wet-weather setup is not grounds for a refund.
Dress. Dress to impress! Please also dress for the weather and the venue.
Changes. The organiser may change the menu, wines, chefs, or programme if circumstances require. Any substitute will be of equal or greater value.
Photography. Photos and video may be taken during the event and used to promote the event and future events. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please tell a staff member when you arrive.
Conduct and property. Guests must follow reasonable directions from staff and venue security. Please look after your belongings, as the organiser and venue aren't responsible for lost or damaged items.
Getting home. Please plan safe transport. Parking is available at Ellerslie Racecourse. The nearest train station is Greenlane (10 min walk) or Ellerslie (15 min walk).
Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
